PLASTAR: A Rising Star in the Plastics Industry

We are from Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China, and we are a film blowing machine company established in 2008. This is our third time participating in the K show, but this time is different. We are under immense pressure, and we have brought our own film blowing machine equipment out of the country.

At this year's K Show, our company brought our latest developed three-layer high-speed film blowing machine. Due to the difficulty in obtaining a booth space, we specially customized the size of our booth to maximize the utilization of the area. The designers and workers worked countless days and nights to ensure a successful exhibition at the show.

The machine model showcased this time integrates our self-developed IBC internal cooling system and mold, significantly enhancing the stability of the film bubble. Coupled with AI-driven automatic thickness control, it can achieve a uniformity of ±1.5%. What's more noteworthy is its modular design concept, allowing customers to flexibly combine extruders, die heads, and winding machines according to their production capacity and material requirements, significantly reducing investment and operation and maintenance costs.

From core components to intelligent control systems, Plastar has demonstrated its comprehensive independent research and development capabilities.
